How we work

Initial Consultation:

The first step is to schedule an initial consultation, to assess your power backup needs and recommend the most suitable system for your requirements. During this consultation, we discuss the available options, costs, and timelines for installation.

Site Assessment:

Once you have selected a system, the next step is we conduct a site assessment to determine the optimal location for the components of the system, such as the solar panels and battery backup. This involves assessing the available space, the orientation of the panels to maximize sun exposure, and the location of the main electrical panel or distribution box.

System Design:

After the site assessment, the next step is to design the system, which involves determining the specific components required for your needs, such as the number and size of batteries, the inverter capacity, and the solar panel size and quantity.

Equipment Procurement:

Once the system design is finalized, the necessary equipment will be procured and delivered to your location.

Installation:

The installation process involves mounting the solar panels, connecting them to the inverter and battery backup, and wiring the system to the main electrical panel or distribution box. The installation may require cutting and drilling, running electrical wires, and installing other components such as charge controllers and monitoring systems.

Testing and Commissioning:

After the installation, the system will be tested to ensure that it is functioning correctly, and commissioning will take place to confirm that the backup power supply is working as intended.

Training and Maintenance:

Finally, we provide training on how to use the system and advise you on the recommended maintenance procedures to ensure that your power backup solution continues to operate reliably.
